MR RESCUE Dispatch ("the Service") is provided by McCullers Road Rescue LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The Service is dispatch software for roadside-assistance companies and independent providers. We provide software only; we do not perform roadside services and are not responsible for work done by companies or drivers using the Service.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. Company owners are responsible for the people they invite and the data they enter.
Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Current prices: $100/month per company, $5/month per team member, $29.99/month for independent freelancers. Eligible freelancers and invited company owners pay for their first month, then receive the next 2 months free. All payments are final and non-refundable; see our Refund Policy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries about payments.
Do not misuse the Service, break the law, share other people's location without their consent, or try to access another company's data.
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
