Privacy Policy

McCullers Road Rescue LLC operates MR RESCUE Dispatch. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), company details, job information entered by your company, team messages, and — only while a driver chooses to share it — the driver's latest location. We keep only the most recent location, not a history.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: dispatching jobs, showing drivers on the map, messaging, and billing. We do not sell your data. Each company's data is private to that company.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. We never see or store your full card details.

Your choices

Drivers can stop location sharing at any time. You can ask us to export or delete your data by emailing us.
